What makes Mobility Matters different?

  • Your holiday occupation period commences and ends on any day of the week to meet your particular travel arrangements and can be vacated at any time of the day of departure.
  • Only £50.00 per person deposit is required (minimum £150.00 per apartment).
  • The balance of the price need only be paid 6 weeks before the date of occupation of the apartment.
  • Holidays can be cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to scheduled occupation without incurring any administrative charges.
  • Name changes can be made on the booking form up to 21 days prior to scheduled occupation date without incurring any administrative charge.
  • Charges are not imposed if payment for holidays are made by credit card.

Transfer to and from Apartment
Can be arranged as an extra if required ( £40.00 return per taxi).

Flights and Car Hire
Most travellers prefer to book their own flights and car hire to suit their personal needs and budget. But we are ready to assist if we can help in any way to make your holiday arrangements as smooth and as stress free as possible.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
We recognise that your holiday satisfaction is related to your holiday expectations. We confess that we cannot guarantee satisfaction. There will be hiccups and could be disappointments. The weather might not be as good as expected and – being Spain – although more rare these days, there could be power cuts and water supplies might be affected. ‘Drop kerbs’ may not always be provided, thus making access to and from pavements more difficult, and some bar facilities may be closed during the off-peak season, particularly from November to the end of March. But what we can guarantee is that help if required is only ever a phone call away.
